Privacy Policy

When you request a free estimate through this site, we collect:

• Contact and property details: your name, phone number, email address, and property address.
• Appointment details: the project type you selected (kitchen, bathroom, drywall, roof, windows, or demolition), your preferred appointment date and time, and your language preference (English or Spanish).

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, fingerprinting, or social media pixels on this site. We do not collect IP addresses beyond what is technically necessary for the site to function on Vercel (the hosting provider). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We use the information you submit only to respond to your estimate request, schedule and complete your free estimate visit, and follow up about your project. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.

Done Right Renovations works with Chirino Agency, a third-party marketing services provider, to build, host, and operate this website and to process the information you submit through it on our behalf. The following service providers necessarily receive your submission as part of delivering it:

• Chirino Agency receives and stores your submission in our shared client system so our team can schedule and manage your estimate.
• Vercel hosts the website and routes your form submission.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on the site. Google may log standard request information when fonts are loaded.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data processed on our behalf.

Your information stays in our records for as long as we reasonably need it to schedule and complete your estimate and project, or to comply with our legal obligations. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Form submissions are sent over HTTPS. We use a hidden honeypot field to reduce automated spam — bots that fill the hidden field are silently dropped. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Vercel may set strictly necessary cookies needed for the site to function. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Email legal@chirinoagency.com and we will do our best to honor the request promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws (such as the CCPA); the same contact applies for those requests.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected on this page; please check back occasionally.
